Given the MR Future Land Use designation, the Seller attempted to rezone the property to accommodate townhomes (see attached proposed site plan change to townhomes). After meeting with Holly Springs Development Services, the Seller learned that the pump station that sewer from these parcels would drain to is at capacity.
